Unable to get signed up online
Customer service was fine but my problem was is that I couldnt get registered online because there was an error and asked to refresh or try the website again later. Every time I did, it wouldnt go through same Air and I was hoping that Customer Service could maybe walk me through or look at and see where my air was. Unfortunately, I tried a different route in another company which I was able to sign up with no problem.

I ordered some calls for 16 dollars and I have never received it

Questionable knowledge
I have tried several times to cancel my subscription, and the app and/or website makes it impossible. You need to be more customer-friendly, and now I have excess tablets that are a waste of money. Following the instructions to cancel is incorrect, and there is a loop that returns to the beginning.

Subcription Cancellation
Hims is all but impossible to get a real human on the phone.. If it wasn't for PissedConsumer I would have never gotten a hold of anyone.
Getting in touch with HIMS and a human is almost impossible. Sent numerous e-mails just to cancell a subcription..
IMPOSSIBLE!! Thanks to Pissed Consummer I finally got ahold of a REAL PERSON for cancellation. ANY Idustry should not be that hard to contact.
Not to mention unauthorized continuance of their product. Very dissapointed in their contact information with a human.

The medication they sent me doesn’t help erection problems. Getting assistance when called really sucks. This seams to be a half *** operation. RO Sarks I gets a high review for how it worked.
Medicine does nothing, these are half the size of RO Sparks and they do nothing and I plan on going back to RO Sparks.
I strongly advise staying away from this company band their product. It has me thinking it is a placebo when it comes to it.

No live person to help, only robotic answers. They charge your account as quick as possible but not so fast to help and answer questions.
Preferred solution: Partial refund Cancelling 7 days after receiving 2nd order plenty time before 3 order tone refilled

Resolved: Awaiting Shipment
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Apology and clarification.
Hims contacted me and told me that two bottles last 5 months. That is very confusing but the website does not mention that and can be assumed a 3 month supply is 3 bottles and 5 month is 5 months.
They apologized for the confusion. I will consider this resolved for now but will open a different complaint if I find the bottle only last one month.
We will see how things go and then I will update whether it be positive or negative feedback.
I was finally relieved that my 2nd package arrived today, but instead of the 3 I ordered, there was only one. I have emailed the company and requested either send me the remaining two bottles or issue me a partial refund.
This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with and very incompetent to say the least. I should have done more research before ever purchasing from them.
