I never electronically signed for any money to be taken off My Card they removed $175 off last month and they said they’d take me off the billing list and they would not take anything off before refu
In May, they took $175 off my account, and I did not authorize it or sign for it in any form or fashion. They returned that money and told me that I would no longer be on the hymns list and that they would remove me, but here I sit in June, where they just took another $75 off my account for thieves.
They’re stealing. No, do not deal with Hims.

It was misleading like I would be able to drop it. I did not want it. You forced it on me. That is unethical that is wrong.
That is a rip off and then when I called to get the issue resolved, I get AI intelligence telling me oh so sorry but we dont do refunds or returns.

- No instruction on how to rectify; only told to visit the website.
I explained that I was a returning customer yet could neither access my account nor open a new account. eg.
"wrong pswd ", "wrong ID," "wrong phone #"
No instruction on how to rectify other than to go to website. I did this and sadly went through the same obstructions as stated above.
