Customer service was fine but my problem was is that I couldnt get registered online because there was an error and asked to refresh or try the website again later. Every time I did, it wouldnt go through same Air and I was hoping that Customer Service could maybe walk me through or look at and see where my air was. Unfortunately, I tried a different route in another company which I was able to sign up with no problem.

Well I never got a response from any one when trying to purchase some pills so I am sorry to say I cant rate you as being very prompt . I am still looking for someone to speak to so I can order some pills

You could have serviced me instead of having meet with a Dr twice and then cancelling my orders forcing me to make yet a third appt with your Dr. I could not get an appt till Jan 8 which means I will not get my meds by this Thursday when my next shot due.

Your people have been of no help getting a Dr to call me asap to get it done. I wanted three month supply which drs told me was done but you seemed more intent to charge me for a six month or year supply. Customer service says Dr must do it and Dr says customer service must do it. The last Dr said she took care of it and after Dr call I called customer support and they said all good.

But once again hims fouled it up. I changed from zepbound from my dr to hims to save money but youve done nothing for me and bounced me around. And your supervisors are worthless as they can get nothing done. Now I will not have me meds on time.

Thanks for nothing but your gross misfeasence and ignoring a customers needs. Your company support frankly sucks and nobody cares. Im tired of doing this once again. You ask what you can do but then do not follow through and get it done.

Your company has a real gap in its system. And please no more canned responses like were sorry and have great day. Its *** How about getting me a third Dr interview T.ODAY and charging me for three month supply and overnighting my meds so I can inject on time Thursday. Even if I do third appointment with Dr on Jan 8 th I bet Ill be canceled again as you seem incapable of supplying me the promised three month supply at 299$ a month as quoted.

You only care about charging for six months or a year initially as opposed to following through as promised. And the situation where Dr blames customer support and customer support blames Dr is mind boggling. Im sure my situation still will not be resolved today. Im in email contact with supervisor named Ashley and all she tells me is medical providers dont get back to her.

Great system you have. It frankly sucks
